  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Please coordinate with us to arrange your arrival and departure times.
  • Is the retreat pet-friendly?
    Pets are welcome at Eucalypt Retreat. We can arrange dog beds, food bowls, and sleeping arrangements in our orchid cabin or on the verandas. Please discuss and coordinate with us ahead of time to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
  • What amenities are included?

  • What activities are available for guests?
    We provide fishing rods, two kayaks, and a variety of lawn games including Croquet, Bocce, Finska, giant pick-up sticks, and tower building. Guests can also enjoy the infinity pool, heated spa, or simply relax and unwind in the various spaces throughout the property, such as the living rooms, entertainment areas, cocktail bar, wrap-around deck, or the luxurious baths.   • Can I customise my stay?
    Yes, we offer flexible options starting from a minimum of 2 days. Please contact us to customise your perfect retreat.
  • Are there additional services available?
    Yes, enhance your stay with a variety of unique experiences tailored to create lasting memories. We can curate gourmet dining experiences and take care of the celebration feast, with catering and personal chef options. We can provide the champagne, cocktails, hampers and finishing touches for a romantic escape. We can help curate the perfect scene for your engagement, honeymoon, babymoon or wedding anniversary.   • How do I find the property address and get the keys?
    Once your booking is confirmed, we will email you the arrival information before your stay. This includes the property address and contact information for our team. We endeavour to meet our guests at check in, however if that can not be accommodated, we will provide you with lock box details to access the keys.
  • What do I need to bring with me?
    The retreat is fully equipped with essentials, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dishwashing tablets and washing powder. Our pantry is stocked with items like tea, coffee, olive oil, spices, flour and sugar. We provide our guests a welcome local produce box and breakfast supplies. Please bring your own food, drinks, and personal toiletries. If you would like to use the cocktail bar, a package can be arranged so you have full access to our extensive range of cocktail spirits.
  • Is there Internet access?
    Yes, we provide free WiFi access. The password will be provided at the property upon your arrival.
  • Do you provide linen and towels?
    Yes, all beds are made with high-quality linen, and we provide bath towels, hand towels, bathmats and pool towels. Please bring your own beach towels if you plan to venture outside to swim.
  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    Yes, there is a minimum stay of two nights required at Eucalypt Retreat to ensure our guests can fully enjoy the serenity and amenities of the property.
  • What’s included in the longer stay packages?
    All our stays include premium linen and complimentary breakfast provisions, fresh salad and herbs, pantry supplies and a welcome cheese platter.   • Are there any special discounts for booking longer stays?
    Yes, visit our package page which will highlight discount options for longer stays or get in touch directly with us for a custom package.
  • How far is the property from the nearest beach?
    Eucalypt Retreat is located 10-15 minutes' drive from the pristine beaches of Bendalong, Manyana and Green Island, known for its clear waters and beautiful sands. For other local beaches or beautiful spots to see visit our Explore page for ideas.
  • Can the property accommodate special events or celebrations?
    Yes, Eucalypt Retreat is equipped to host special events and celebrations such as intimate weddings, birthdays, and family reunions.   • What measures are in place for cleaning between stays?
    We adhere to strict cleaning protocols to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. This includes deep cleaning of all rooms and high-touch surfaces between stays. Linens and towels are also professionally cleaned.
